2025 High Level Strategy

Do. Work with people you enjoy working with. Do good things for good people, and good people will reward you. Sure, you’ll get taken advantage of at times, but you will come out of it with your head held high and your ethics intact. Stick to your values.

Hustle. Hard work pays off. Smarter work pays even more. Go the extra mile, always. Unread emails are action items. Never go to sleep with unread emails. Don’t waste time on voicemails or traffic.

Prioritize. Priorities are Health, family and work. In that order. Health comes first. Because without your health, you can’t support your family and if your family isn’t happy you’re not going to do great work. I’m going to prioritize health more this year.

Attitude. Is everything. With a good attitude a bad experience is a learning experience. Iterate, do it differently next time, even if next time is next year updating this strategy.
